Kim Westenskow is managing director of Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. and general manager of Boeing Canada Winnipeg in Manitoba. As managing director, Westenskow leads the development and implementation of the Boeing Canada enterprise strategy. She also serves as the company’s senior corporate representative and chairs the Boeing Canada Holdings Board. She is responsible for leading Canada’s largest aerospace composite manufacturer, which is the country’s third largest aerospace facility.
From May 2012 to the start of her current appointment in January 2015, Westenskow served as the director of SQ Airplane Program Support and Operations. Westenskow started her career with The Boeing Company in 1989 as an industrial engineer methods analyst. She also led teams in Operations, Quality and Engineering.
A graduate of Montana State University, Westenskow holds a Bachelor of Science degree. She is also earned a Master of Business Administration at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Westenskow is married and has two daughters studying at Washington State University.
